Mixology Vape currently ships to the following countries and destinations:

New Zealand
Japan
Hong Kong
The Netherlands
Switzerland
France

We do not currently ship to destinations outside those listed above.

Cost & Delivery Times

Shipping within New Zealand is $7 NZD for all orders.

International shipping to Japan, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Switzerland and France is $35 NZD flat rate for all orders.

New Zealand delivery is generally 1–2 business days.

International delivery is generally 10–20 business days. International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or other delays outside our control.

Orders placed before 11:00am New Zealand time will normally be processed the same business day where possible. During busy periods, orders may be processed the following business day.

International Shipping and Import Restrictions

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may legally be imported, possessed and used in their destination country.

Import laws, vaping regulations and product restrictions vary between countries and may change from time to time.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees or other government charges.

Mixology Vape reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where we are unable to legally or practically ship the products to the selected destination.

Mixology Vape cannot accept responsibility for delays, refusal of entry, seizure or other action by customs or regulatory authorities resulting from local import restrictions.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking details are emailed when available. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your tracking information.

Any request for Authority to Leave without signature is at the customer’s own risk.
