Unfortunately with Flavour concentrates we can’t offer any advice on how much to use as they are for DIY use only and you may choose to use anything between 1% up to 30% flavouring in your DIY juices – hope this helps

The 1 star rating is because there is absolutely no information provided on what concentration is to be used. Nothing.
This is just simply not acceptable. It looks unprofessional & missing vital information.
